Based on Deepak Chopra's & David Simon's book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, this practice blends meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and asana.
The mindful application of these spiritual laws promotes physical health and emotional well being, success, and abundance, loving relationships, and higher states of consciousness. SSLY teaches us both to let go and to have exquisite awareness in every moment. We remember our essential spiritual nature and life becomes more joyful, meaningful, and carefree.
Lil Souls Yoga - Coming Soon!!
Lil Souls youth yoga program, created by Soul Yoga University, gives kids the opportunity to explore and learn Yoga in a fun, safe, and playful way. This class is both engaging & interactive, encouraging children to use their imagination as they embody the characteristics of familiar animals & objects through movement. Classes include songs, stories, and games, meditation, intention setting, and confidence building, all with a yoga twist as we learn to communicate with our words and our bodies.
Each class we focus on a different theme that helps us to navigate through everyday life, encouraging individuality, promoting mindfulness, while creating a healthy body and mind!
