Phillips School of Kung Fu San Soo wanted to give something to our community by providing some activity for you and your family to do at home during these unique times in our life.  While we shelter in place, let’s get off the couch, put the video games down, and get moving.  Learning Kung Fu San Soo challenges the mind and body – releases stress and is a great form of exercise.  And now you can learn it right in your own home.  Learn our ancient hand forms, weapon forms, and self-defense lessons.  We hope you enjoy learning Kung Fu, with the following videos.
